Becoming consistent about your Self Awareness.

When things don't work out the way we would normally expect them to, we tend to get so embroiled in the chaos that we overlook many key things.  There is always a sure way to suppress those situations before they spiral out of our control.

The result of clear Self Awareness is our greatest source of power and we can use that ability to effectively heal those areas of ourselves as a Human.  I can't even begin to say how much my life was consciously and subconsciously healed.  Being a Massage Therapist, I can recall the clients I have worked with in the past that needed to know what their bodies are communicating to them.  Most times, it doesn't even involve Touch for a person to allow their inner vision to "turn on."

Although it's a beautiful result in the short term, there has to be self-accountability for how we ignore our bodies in the long term.  Taking those precautions to the things that don't promote healing is the highest form of protecting your well-being.  There's an awareness of the type of consistency when we heal or hurt our bodies and it is time to fully recognize it.  When we do recognize the level of change that needs to happen, the will to better your well-being becomes a priority that supersedes other obligations.  This includes the obligations of the physical world.

A person can sometimes be a victim of their own bodies in ways that Pain becomes a part of the whole experience.  Some people cannot comprehend another person's pain; and there are some that can empathize with a person's pain simply by experiencing it themselves, relating to that person's feelings of pain, and so on.

For the slim few, they are the people who are capable of interacting and translating the echoes of Pain the body expresses.   These people are the ones who rely on their intuition to piece together that source of discomfort to find that solution.  Most times just listening to the body is enough to silence the pain.  But for the people that have Pain as a sidekick, it takes true Self Awareness to keep up with the consistency of intuition in a way that helps us let go of that Pain.  It assuredly allows you to see beyond what measures you're presently using, then consistently maintain openness to any needed transitioning the body needs within that given moment.

That is the point where you can feel the strength you have over those worldly things that damaged us in the first place.  This makes the pain not just tolerable, but it loses its potency until it's not painful anymore.  And in having that strength, you can move through your life with a greater level of Self Awareness.

The key isn't to disrupt or even kill the pain; it's to help you realize the extent it took to get to that point.  How we feel about Pain becomes our memory of Pain and although people have perished at the expense of their health, Self Awareness is a completely functional tool to help all of us see that Pain Is An Illusion.
